“Wrong color, it didn’t come with a testing piece to match coloring and it’s completely off. Def. not a chocolate brown and your descriptions and photos aren’t the right match.”

“Awful customer service! I received the wrong hair and I have been battling with customer service to get the correct hair sent to me for over a week! My hair that I received was not chocolate brown, it was green/ashy tone with highlights. I did everything customer service ask me to do. I took pictures, I emailed over 10 times and still they were unable to help me or send my correct order. I was not asking for a refund I am simply asking to be sent what I purchased. I offered to send the hair back, they said it was “under review” for at least 10 days before they could tell me anything. What is that about? I received the wrong hair and I am simply wanting my correct order. What company sends you the wrong order and then makes you jump through hoops just to get what you purchased? Unbelievable. I did not purchase green hair. The quality of the hair was awful in the glam band. The wire completely falls off the hooks and will not stay on my head. The sides stick out and is so unnatural looking. The color was so terrible and so off. Customer service just continues to email me back and string me along. I bought this hair for an occasion and now I don’t have anything to wear because I’ve spent the last week battling with customer service. Do not buy. I do not recommend. Awful.”
“I have got a Chocolate brown glam band, but there is nothing even close to that color.
It is completely different from the website image, and I get tthat there will be a slight difference in shades, but Chocolate brown is more of a honey, or I would say caramel color. Very misleading description. Very disappointed with purchase, and sadly, it is non returnable.”
“After opening it up and trying it on, I wish I was able to return it and get my money back as it was expensive. It's not what I expected. The large piece itself is very heavy on and weighing on the back of the head. The wire piece does not help at all on the top and both wires seem to be too big and loose”
