“It’s ok.it heats up pretty quick but doesn’t have an auto shut off which could be dangerous. It’s a cute design I like that it can close lock. I don’t think it straightens or curls my hair or my extensions that well. Not comparable to my Chi straightener ; it’s always good to have as a back up styling tool. Definitely nice free gift.”
