“I had really hoped the cost of these extensions would be rewarded with great quality extensions that I would cherish and return for many more purchases. Unfortunately my order was wrong I received and incorrect length, customer service was difficult. I have hairs that are wire like and the hair is very frail breaking with just a simple wide tooth comb. The midnight color has rinsed out without even using shampoo yet. The liquid tape bottles I purchased are both defective and the piece that wrings them out is stuck to the top and useless or falling around the wand and in the way. This is my 3rd purchase from Glam and I’ve yet to have a great experience and I think I’ve finally learned my lesson. I don’t want a refund, I don’t want a credit, I just want to get past this and suck up my loss. Full shine is 1/3 the cost and better quality with less hassle.”
