“I usually love your products and never had an issue before with your extensions. I bought 3 boxes used almost all 3 and had them professionally put in. I waited the allotted amount of time before showering. Used all your products shampoo etc and made 100% that anything conditioning was only on my ends and by the time I got out of the shower atleast 10 had fallen out. The rest slowly started falling out over the next 2 days. I looked ridiculous. I went back to my stylist and she uses glam seamless all the time on her self and clients. She took one look at the extensions that fell out and told me there was something wrong with the bands they were defective. If someone could please get back to me about this I would appreciate it. I generally love your products and have $1000's previously through your store but this has really disappointed me and a I'm very dissatisfied.”
