“The hair for the second time did NOT come in the appropriate hard box, that it is supposed to & the hair is NOT thick at the ends like it is at the top. The color looks better than the first set they sent me.
What really upsets me is the first order of hair came and I had the hair installed. And the ends immediately started looking all fried and trashed. I had never seen anything like it.
So I complained and sent videos of how bad the hair quality was, the company DID send me new hair, however, refused to reimburse me to pay to take out the defective hair and put in the new hair, which costs $350-$450 total. $150 - $200 to take out and $200 - $250 to put all back in and blend it, etc.
I had to cut the ends at least 4” to retain any of the quality of the original hair. Yet, I paid and extra $200 per packet for the 21” hair which I had to cut to 18”. All round disappointing.
Their claim to fame is that the Pricilla valles line is thick from top to bottom. Not true. It’s much thicker at the top and tapers big time towards the bottom.”
“This hair is awful!! It is Not the amazing quality all of the other Pricilla Valles hand ties extensions have been! I don’t know what happened but I have called and written 3 emails expressing how upset I am. No one is calling me or emailing back to resolve!
•Hair is darker than what I ordered,
•The cuticles appear to not go all the same direction, as promised. (Constantly tangles)
•the hair feels like straw!”
