Looks nothing like the picture and I saw no ombre in the color at all besides the darker roots. I returned this product.

This is my first time wearing extensions so I was nervous about the blend and care of them . I’ve had them in for a month now and they have blended so well with my hair. As far as care goes, I’ve been able to go about as usual with washing and styling, no issues whatsoever. Definitely in love!

The ends are frizzy and SO THIN and there seems to be less hair than their other tape ins. Yet they’re more expensive- what gives? I ordered the other tape ins to compare. Also, the box has no window so you have to open it (therefore can’t return it) before you can see what you get.

Amazing!! I’ve tried other brands of tape in extensions in the past but these are by far the most realistic feeling and looking.

I agree the color is definitely not as pictured. Stylist agreed picture and description were way off BUT MAIN COMPLAINT IS THEY CAME OUT WHEN I GIT THEM WET THE 1st time!! And they are dry, brittle and frizzy despite using quality products including shampoo, conditioner, masks, serum trimming 1st install, 2nd install and an additional appointment for conditioning treatment and trim at the salon. 4 stylists were appalled and recommended contacting customer service due to the poor quality of the extensions I received. In all the extensions have been in about 2 and a half weeks and look more damaged and frazzled than previous extensions that are 7 months old. I use low heat to style, place hair up at night, silk pillow cases, etc because this is an investment. Invest your money elsewhere because customer service has you fill out a form send emails and pics several times to state they do not see an issue with the quality and will not provide new extensions/credit, etc. stated I can get a special discount which did not disclose an amount…so, almost 2k down the drain on hair, install and appointments and NO adequate resolution was offered just a scripted response. Do not waste your time! I purchased and had extensions installed previously from Glam Seamless and loved them…these are supposed to be the Rolls Royce of extensions however, they are a complete disappointment and money pit. Don’t waste your time and money. A brand that is supposed to uplift and empower women definitely did not do that! I am left with horrible looking extensions can’t afford to purchase another 4 packs and pay for additional installation, etc so soon…these were supposed to last for months and possibly a year with good care, not less than a month. If this would have been handled rather than swept under the rug I would have loved to write a glowing review based on that experience however, if I was able to give Zero stars, I would based on the extensions, the process to file my concerns and the customer service teams lack of empathy, response and resolution..kept asking for pics to color match…umm that was the least of my worries the quality was the problem!
