“The product is decent but the curly extensions are crap. I just had my hairdresser change them to a different brand after 5 weeks. They are like Brillo pads. Will never order anything from you again.”

“After sending products to help. The hair is still terrible, dry, broken, with 2” broken off already. . Very upset for the upcoming wedding I’m in. I use PROFESSIONAL products and don’t understand why I’ve never had an issue with any other hair line but yours. I believe I had a terrible batch of hair, if only I was sent new ones instead of products I would’ve had a better review, I did nothing wrong to the extensions for this to happen, wish you handled this situation better”
