“I can’t even use the actual product because it arrived here bottle caps loose and no outside plastic outside or silver seal inside that’s always on online bought liquid beauty products. Without the seal anything could be in it so I can’t even use it. Please be more professional and respectful about your packaging on hair care products.”

“The products are absolutely amazing! The only thing is... it's hard to open the shampoo and conditioner when the bottles or your hands are wet because there isn't any texture to the lids, they are smooth and it gets slippery. I have started opening them before my shower and setting the lids aside until I am done and my hands are dry. Press cap tops would be so much easier! The hair mask is absolutely amazing. I'm so glad I purchased this kit!”
