“I purchased this shampoo to be able to use with my Light Ash Blonde Extensions attached in my hair specifically but when I used this shampoo on my natural hair in front and on my scalp when it rinsed out through the Ash Blonde Extentions it TURNED MY EXTENTIONS PURPLE! The Extentions grabbed the deep purple undertone and IT STUCK in them. I contacted Glam and they told me to use their clarifying shampoo, which I did three times, but that just seemed to strip my Extentions of any moisture and dried them out. The purple started to fade with lots of water rinses but they will never look the same as they did when I first put them in!. I was also instructed to mix this shampoo with another moisturizing shampoo of Glams to “tone it down” first before using on the Extentions. Well, I’m not sure if that would help and I’m not going to try it to find out. EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED! Buyer Beware!”
“I don’t see it’s making a difference on my hair. Still experiencing a lot of hair loss I feel like the extensions are not resulting as effective and product as well. I feel like I should receive a replacement on both as a courtesy. I have purchased several of your items.”
“I have no clue why an extension brand would sell a shampoo with sulfates in it.
This stuff will destroy hair extension tape — sulfate-free products is extensions 101♀”
