“The hair brush looks completely different than the picture above, I actually don’t think I got the correct brush since it says twisted fringed. I had issues putting in my orders that were not at all the fault of glam seamless, I mistakenly misunderstood when I added the brush to my cart along with a discount code for it that it was erased the minute I added a second discount code to my order, I had not realized you could only use one code and was upset my hair brush wasn’t in my initial order, glam seamless so graciously sent me a brush as a nice gesture since I was confused and upset when I realized what I had done, they did a very good job of trying to help out my situation and I appreciate the great customer service. The brush I received although looks nothing like this is still a very good brush it’s a little bit stiff and sharp not very soft or for tender headed people, I don’t know if it’s really a good one to use with extensions, although it doesn’t pull on the tape of mine which is nice”
