“This is my second set I bought from the company and loved my first set that I wore for close to a year with no difficulty. I’ve worn this set for less than 3 months with significant issues. I’ve lost more than half the amount of hair it started with, shedding at an excessive rate throughout the day, won’t style and knots/tangles very easily. Attempted to speak with the company and was not helped. Will not purchase from this company again.”

“I have been a very loyal GLAM user for over 6 years. I loved the extra virgin hair from years back. Over the past two years, the quality has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. This last batch would tangle and become matted so easily. Even on wash days with glam shampoo and products used. The tape quality has to improve as well. In less than 5 weeks, I lost 10 of the 40 tape ins I place in my hair. This is a woman’s worst nightmare. This is totally unacceptable for a customer who spends over $15,000 on hair each year, not including the installation and styling expenses. Sadly, if things do not improve, I will take my business elsewhere. Your loyal customers who have helped build this brand deserve far better than this!”
