“Buyer beware, you are unable to return/exchange this if the color does not match properly. I never used it, and was told all of the single clip ins are final sale, which the website seems to hide very well. I am not impressed with their customer service at all. The order also took almost an entire month to arrive. I have warned all of my friends/family in the hair business to stay away from this company.”
