“Use to love these extensions I would refer all my clients here. I’ve noticed a huge difference in the ends there not as thick as they were 2 years ago which is very disappointing concerning the price increase. My client last time went with Amazon extensions and had a pack of these brand new and the Amazon were softer, thicker and less shedding for a third of the price.”
“I purchased one pack of the 24" Chocolate Dip Ombré (1B/2/4) and have had them installed for less than three weeks. I am used to having Aqua hand-tied wefts but the longest length they come in is 22" so I wanted to give these a try. When I unpackaged them, they actually felt really good and looked like they were good quality. After installing they would immediately tangle and get frizzy. I have tried everything for the last several weeks to get them to stay detangled but its like immediately after brushing I have new knots. After washing, it takes me nearly 20 minutes to carefully brush them out with my boar bristle brush. I have used nearly a whole bottle of Olaplex 4-1 to impart more moisture but that didn't work either. Its a bummer that these are non-refundable because the quality is just so poor. I will be putting my Aqua extensions back in and wait patiently for them to come out with longer lengths.”
