“I have bought the premium and visit tape in natural black since they first started making it. The quality is excellent, and I am saying this after buying many other brands before buying this one. My only issue is that the color is nowhere close to black it is a warm dark brown. Those of us who have black hair are all cool tones, and so, the dark brown is one issue, but the warm tones makes it worse. Thus, I always have to have my stylist re-color the hair as soon as I get it which is a pain and a significant additional cost. I would really appreciate if the powers that be would align the color of the hair with a true natural black.”
