“Hair was great minus the horrible smell. But the glue peels off as the pink papers are removed. I’m not impressed and did not pay this much to have to order new adhesive to put on NEVER used hair”

“I never received my last ordered. I contacted costumer service and told them. Then they said some crap about insurance and then I got sent a link asking me to file a police report?!?! I’ve ordered before with no issues, when a loyal costumer says they didn’t receive their order you should either refund them or send a new set, PERIOD! I’m so disappointed I won’t ever be ordering from you again, terrible costumer service. I’ve spent so much money on your products and this is how I’m treated “sorryyyy call the police?!””
