“My stylist ordered the exact same color for herself and I ordered mine. Hers actually looked like a dark brown, I got mine and they were more golden deep brown. I had already opened one package and so my stylist had to glaze them and get them darker. She didn’t have to do that to the ones she ordered. Real bummer.
I had a problem with the blond extensions too when I was platinum. They kept frizzing and I never heard back from anyone. I’m so bummed cause I love the feel and look of these when they are right”

My hair from Glam usually last up to 3 years with proper care. My prevous order from 3 years ago lasted for 3 years with me dying it over and over and ironing it, it barley started to get dry 3 years after purchase.
Even though the hair is expensive, ITS WORTH EVERY DIME!!

“I was excited to try these invisible tape ins, recently used Donna Bella hair and they don’t offer them. Now I’m disappointed. The hair is much softer but sheds non stop. I am constantly sweeping my bathroom floor. Oh and their curling iron burns the hair so don’t buy that. My hair smells now. I’ll be switching back to Donna Bella.”

I have been using glam seamless since 2018 I’ve ordered the regular remy tape in extensions and a halo. My husband has also ordered from his glam seamless account for me as well as my stylist and my friends who I have recommended glam seamless to have also ordered. Today I reached out to glam seamless because I just tried their new “invisi tape” extensions and they are shedding really bad. Each and every time I brush my hair I have to swiffer or sweep my floors to get all the hair up. This was not my experience using their normal tape in extensions. Let me disclaim that with I use expensive shampoo/conditioner, I am careful brushing and blow drying them, and really do take care of them. The shedding is so bad that I reached out to glam seamless to see if they would exchange my extensions for the ones I ordered previously as it’s clear the “invisi tape” is not a quality product. Their response is that I would need to have these extensions removed send them in and let their quality assurance team determine if any hair is actually missing and if they don’t find any hair missing then they would send them back and not do a thing. First in the middle of a pandemic you have to wait weeks to get an appointment with a stylist. Second I offered to send them pictures of my floor each time I brush my hair to show them all the hair that is falling out from there shedding extensions and that’s not good enough.Third as much money as I spent with glam thousands of dollars this is poor, poor, poor customer service. Fourth there was no let us send you a shipping label or anything.. their response was simply well you lose 100 hairs a day, we don’t believe these are shedding and the only way we will help you is if you remove them and send them to us and maybe then we will decide there is a problem, but probably not.. I will no longer recommend glam seamless to any of my friends nor will my stylist. Stay away from the invisible tape extensions as they shed really bad.”
