I’ve written like 5 reviews and they keep getting blocked and removed … what a joke you can’t write a review about an honest experience… it gets blocked every damn time keep records if your receipts… they will rip you off …. “4th time I’m trying this review since it keeps getting deleted … they really don’t allow negative reviews on their page… my transaction was totally messed up so I contacted customer service and they still would not process an overpayment or refund and won’t even let me post a negative review … what they are doing is illegal and every post they deny I'm keeping record of to sue… how can you run a reputable business and not take any kindof recourse when your business decisions suck? Honestly I already contacted BBBand glam seamless has an F rating … they don’t contact you unless it is to tell you you are wrong and they are right…. It’s ridiculous … I will spread the word far and wide that this company is a scam… they will take your personal info and sell it to the highest bidder … buyer beware”

I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY OR RETURN THE OVERCHARGE IN PAYMENT. THE HAIR HAS NOT EVEN SHIPPED OUT YET AND I CONTACTED THEM IMMEDIATELY. I DO FEEL LIKE I AM BEING SCAMMED AND WILL BY CONTACTING THE BBB TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT. IT IS ASHAME BECAUSE THERE HAIR REALLY IS GOOD, BUT IF I CANT TRUST A COMPANY WITH MY CREDIT CARD INFO THEN THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY I FEEL SECURE DOING BUSINESS WITH.”
“Hair is great but there was a problem processing my payment… so not only will I not be getting my pro discount I can not get a refund even though the hair has not shipped. I will be contacting BBB to file a formal complaint . I feel like I was scammed and customer service literally did nothing to help me. It really is good hair so it’s a shame I will be going back to my old hair extension company .”

“Love them!!! They match my super dark brown hair perfectly, don’t tangle, are barely noticeable. Smaller tape base then most making them much more comfortable. Yes they are pricey, but they don’t shed and are SO worth it.”
