“Not sure of the quality yet of the hair as I ordered Natural Black to find out when I received it that their Natural Black is actually Brown with golden tones??? I returned for an exchange immediately for Jet Black hoping its actually black and although they received the return 10 days ago, still no word on my exchange. No emails, no updates, no anything...I've had to reach out 3 times already and still nothing; still waiting. I hope their extensions are better than their Customer service.....”
