“These extensions are extremely overpriced and the quality isn’t the greatest for what they charge. The hair I received had multiple split ends and was also very thin. This hair does not look like the photo whatsoever. I was under the impression that the hair would be more dense and voluminous but what I received is so thin that it literally does nothing to increase volume. The worst part is that I bought two. I’m probably past the return window but the return policy for this company also sucks. The hair comes in a paper box which completely covers the hair, so in order to just even SEE what you’ve received you have to actually OPEN the box. The problem with this though is that simply opening the box voids any possibility of a return. They put a ridiculous sticker on the outside of the box, so once you open the box, the sticker activates a little “void” mark so you can’t return it. So once I saw what was in the first box, I ever even bothered to open the other box. But, even if do want to return, you have to pay for return shipping AND a restocking fee, so what’s the point of returning? What I will do is make sure to leave my 100% HONEST REVIEW and suggest that you DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Do a simple google search or search social media for MUCH better quality hair. In fact I found an actual 100% virgin remy hair volumizer directly from the source on Amazon. I will absolutely NEVER EVER buy from this company again.”
