“The quality of the hair is great and the color match is spot on. However I must have a small head because the width of the hair is too wide. If I use the hooks to make shorter, it just bunches up and become noticeable. Too bad. I wanted to love this!”
“I ordered the same color shade of the last uwig I ordered. This shade isn’t even close. Also when u put it on it only covers the back of your hair not even the sides so it looks ridiculous”
“I ordered sample pieces and the sample pieces do not match this halo at all. There is hardly any highlight and definitely no balayage look whatsoever. I had ordered this for my wedding and sadly just wasted so much money because it is absolutely nothing like pictured. I wouldn't be as upset if the sample pieces I got weren't completely different, as well. So upset with this purchase and the large amount of money I am now out of so close to my wedding.”
“I accidentally made a mistake when I ordered this product . I tried to cancel it immediately after ordering it. But they were unable to cancel it, seconds after. I never opened it and I returned it ASAP. So I am unable to comment on it. But they accepted my return and charged me a restocking fee and that is why I didn’t give the process 5 stars but 4 due to the extra hassle of returning something that seemed like it could have been canceled with so much advance notice.”
