“My package came without clips or the extra string that’s always included. When I reached out to customer service they ask for pictures of what was included. I am a salon owner and the halo was for a client, there’s for the halo is already sent home with her and the packaging is throw away. If this issue isn’t resolved and I keep getting the runaround, I will no longer be ordering hair from this website.”
“There is no way to know if your color will match or if your halo will fit properly without being able to actually try it on. The sample was way too small to get a good idea of the color match and even if the color did match what if the halo didn’t fit properly but there is no way to know because you cannot open it to actually try it on. Because of this I just decided to return the whole thing due to how costly it was :(”
“I am so sorry I got caught up with this hair and I am really sorry I opened it as I don't want it at all! The color is a terrific match, however I have not been able wear it successfully as the band is just way to big for my head. I have tried several times to adjust it (I put the hooks on the tightest place for it to go)and it just doesn't fit right and it doesn't lay smooth either - its full of bumps all across the back of the head because its just way too big. It certainly does not fit the way the videos and promos show it too. Also the hair is quite thin for the expensive price and does NOT look like the videos and promos showing how thick it is. You need several of these or added pieces. I hate it and want a refund! :(”
