The Glam Band comes with a tester piece you can open that to make sure this will be a color match for you. So you did not have to open the extensions. If you have not opened the actual extensions it can be returned. Please see return policy

“This is the first time I’ve used Halo extensions and was pleasantly surprised of the quality of hair and how easy it is to put in and blend. The hair is thick and beautiful- exactly as shown in the photos. I’ve had so many compliments! The only issue I’ve had is that the clip that holds the invisible wire slipped out of the insert once. Could of been my fault by not securing it correctly. The layers help it to blend with your hair perfectly and the wire is completely invisible. I did a ton of research on different halo extensions before purchasing and I’m so glad that I chose Glam Seamless! Will definitely be a repeat customer.”
