“The quality of the actual hair is great, however, shipping took forever when I paid for expedited. I ordered these for my wedding and they didn’t come in time. I was refunded for the shipping but didn’t even receive a simple apology from customer service and I was very friendly and understanding when I had initially reached out.
the 2 clear ropes it comes with are massive and I have a generally normal sized head….. I also ended up having to cut quite a bit of the sewn parts of the extensions because they came to the backs of my ears and were very uncomfortable.
For $188 I shouldn’t have had to alter these extensions in ANY WAY! I will never buy again and will not recommend this company to anybody: go with Zala instead!!”

“GLAM SEAMLESS is okay in quality. When first opened very smooth shiny. After brushing through several times, ends began splitting in hair unit. I am not sure if it is truly human hair. Also my hair is a combination of natural black and dark brown so I had to order 1b glam seamless halo 2.0 but I am now working with a professional hair extensions to see if we can redeem this hair unit piece to wear it or if I will have to resell it and buy a higher quality unit from Harper Ellis.”
“The width of the extension is too wide and as a first time user I find it complicated to put on so that it fits perfectly. When placed in position it seems like it’s bulging outwards almost bumpy. I do like the length on the extension and quality.”
