“The Wait is not long you get them on time. The Texture of the hair extensions are great very soft. Easy to brush your hair. They feel like it’s your hair. The match it’s perfect. I just wish they had more colors like a vibrant reds or pinks. But the color Match was easy.”
“Well let’s see I paid extra for this so called Route package protection And obviously did not do neither track or protect because my package never made it to my door After contacting them multiple it was only natural that since I never received the product I asked for a refund of my $300 purchase and they have done nothing to give me my money back yet Boat route And glam refuse to give me my money even though I never received the product which is a $300 hair extension so basically they just rob me of my money so yes I am very unsatisfied and overall every level of the service there was no satisfaction nothing was done properly professionally by your part but that’s OK I will do my part and make sure that everybody knows that route and glam Will do nothing to help if a package is lost missing never received however you wanna call it that your money will not get refunded that you will not get your product resent basically there will Nothing done by their part to resolve the issue and if I could give you no stars I would but I can’t I have to give you at least one it’s the only way I could submit I review”
