“This is beautiful long-lasting hair. I usually wear my extensions for about 6 mos out of the year. Once off, I wash extensions and carefully store until next use ( like new again). The only reason, I gave it a four star, is their call back number to ask Questions, its horrible trying to get a live person. My free item was not included in my package. I gave up!”
