“Very disappointed in quality of hair. I’ve ordered numerous times and have never had an issue as such. Every time I brush my hair there are string like strands of hair that feel synthetic that fall out. They look and feel like plastic/rubber. They come out when I wash my hair or anytime I brush.”
“I’ve been a customer for 3 years and let me tell you I’ve never had a disappointment until now, the quality of the product now downgraded, the hair packs are a lot thinner and I’ve only had them on for 5 days and they already tangle like crazy, it feels like an old hair not like a brand new pack.
