“I purchased two packs of these, for the actual hair it's very good quality. I have had no shedding issues, it's easy to style, and the color matched pretty well etc. The tape is a whole other story. Within a week, I already had 3 pieces come out, the glue stuck in my hair but not on the extension part. The tape isn't adhering, it's already lifting so you can see the areas where I have the pieces put in (where my hair is thinner). I contacted customer service and they basically blamed the hair stylist for crappy installation instead of acknowledging a quality control issue. Gave me the run around with paperwork, and said the best they would do after they investigate my claim is send me new tape.”

Colored matched pretty well, definitely gave me fuller hair and length. It does take some getting used to, as it is heavier.
