“Please do not waste your money on these extensions. I have been using extensions for years, I usually order from Bombay but they were on backorder so I decided to try Glam Seamless. I purchased the 22inch dark brown tape extensions. They felt great for the first couple of day until I washed them, they then became rough, frizzy and dry. I have to brush them literally every 30 minutes as they constantly become tangled and matted. If I don't brush them they will turn into dreadlocks. I reached out to their customer service and explained the situation and all they did was respond with hair care tips as if it was my fault the extensions act the way they do. I reiterated the fact that I have been using extensions for years and know how to take care of them and all they would do is send different hair care tips (I was going in circles with them). I requested a refund as this hair is literally unmanageable and they have not responded. Do not waste your money like I did, I bought 3 packs of unusable hair.”
