“Been wearing extensions for over 10 years and I’ll never buy this brand again. My first set from GLAM was amazing quality so i stuck with them and bought two more sets. The second set i bought lasted me 3 weeks and was only able to be put in a braid because of how dry and matted it became after 2-3 washes. I just bought another set to give them another chance and it’s the same. I baby my hair and only ever use high end salon quality products and within 2 weeks this hair is matted and tangled. This set the color was way off, and everytime I brush the hair i’m left with piles of hair thats shedding out. I paid almost 600$ CAD and the hair is not good quality. I tried contacting customer service last time the set was no good and didn’t get much help, was told the seal was broken so there was nothing they could do, but to send them in but they would most likely be considered damaged as my own fault therefore I didn’t waste my time and money to ship them back. I won’t even try contacting customer service this time as I know I won’t be getting any help. I will just be buying another brand. Never again.”
