“I bought these extensions thinking I was getting the sizes I wanted but the website said they didn’t have them in stock and I saw that after placing the order so I contacted customer care and they told me they have the longer size and I can just have long hair at an extra charge even though it was their original mistake i got the extra charge. When I went to get them put in, we had to cut it all off because otherwise it wouldn’t blend. The extensions are great but the customer care is no help so know what you’re getting and hope they have it in stock because even if they say they do, they may not.”
