“I wanted to love these extensions, the color is a perfect match. But they tangle so easily, I am constantly having to brush these extensions to avoid a rats nest. I have had tape ins multiple times for other brands and this is the first time I’ve experience tangling like this. I am disappointed in these extensions”
“I ordered light ash brown (9) and they had a very RED hue to them. Unfortunately, you can't compare to your hair while still in the packaging, so I had to open it up, which makes them un-returnable. I can't use these because color treating them will mess them up, so I am stuck with these expensive extensions that I cannot use. Very annoyed and unhappy.”
“I have always been more than happy with my glam extensions. Good quality, wear and color match, however I purchased new tape ins and this color is not Ash. I received a strawberry blonde color. Disappointed I cannot return them at this price point.”
