“First time I purchased from them the hair was amazing so I decided to purchase from them again. So my hair stylist installs them and the next day I literally start to have tangled and shedding immediately. The hair literally gets tangled every hour so I have to brush it and then in a hour it will be tangly again so it’s a repeat process. I literally spent $700 on 4 packs of these 22 inch and I should not even have these problems. I called customer service and they wanted me to take the hair out that I spent overall $1300 to get the hair and get it installed... so they could give me store credit. I’m not taking the hair out so I can be bald. I’m just keeping the hair in and told glam seamless I will not be purchasing from them again. They need a better return process because what they suggested is ridiculous. Yeah I’m gonna go bald for a month so you can give me store credit, yeah no thanks. The hair is horrible it keeps tangling, shedding, and matting. Glam seamless doesn’t care. Will purchase through another company. Sincerely hair extension lover.”

“While they usually dont have my blond colors in stock the hair i have gotten from them is awesome. The tape is the best and i have been using extensions for nearly 20 years. I literally only lost 3 pieces of hair in 3 months and it was my fault for the way i brushed my wet hair. When they haven't had my hair color customer service has been very helpful in finding me a similar color. The hair sheds a little but overall this is the best extensions brand I've tried. I've used Cinderella, Hair Dreams and Dream Catchers and Glam seamless is as good or better than these more expensive brands.”
