“I have only dealt with your company and ordered stuff once. I believe it will be enough for me. I waited to order on Black Friday I believe and was supposed to get a mask if I ordered a certain amount and I never did get it. Then when I called before my purchase, whoever I talked to to ask questions made me feel like I was interrupting her. She had me on speaker the whole time and was doing something else as well. Then I order and didn’t order the mask because it said we were gonna get it already. Then when I didn’t get it, I called to verify and the lady told me she would send it out right away. I never got that either. So I called back and the girl I talked to this time, crystal, told me she would send it right away. She didn’t as well but, instead I got an email. No call back to explain, but an email. It stated that I was only qualified for a brush. No explanation at all. I am very disappointed in the customer service this far as I am a new client. Sad that I won’t be doing business with you any longer.”
“Amazing quality and easy to use! One especially nice thing about these extensions is they don’t fray or feel brittle after styling/ brushing. They have actually cut down the time it takes for me to get ready in the morning. They look and feel natural. Unless you have very thin hair I would buy at least 3 packs for it to look natural. I originally only bought two then immediately ordered another.”
