“I found Glam Seamless Extensions and I was so excited to try them out. I have been a licensed cosmetologist specializing in color and extensions for 15 years and have tried every type of hair on the market.
When it arrived I noticed it wasn't as soft as it was advertised, it was hard to brush, and it was shedding a lot. I've experienced hair just needing washed a few times in the past. So I decided to trust the company's claim and go through with the install.
I washed it with sulfate free shampoo 3 times and used a deep conditioner hoping that would help. Unfortunately, it made the hair feel worse. After washing the hair I couldn't brush or comb it at all. It looked like a cotton ball and didn't feel much better. Once I did brush it with an extensions brush, I lost 2 big balls of shedding, which I have a photo of.
I had to remove the hair the next day because it was so unmanageable. It could only be worn in a braid.
I sent an email to customer service asking for a refund but never got a response. I have all the hair I removed to send back to Glam Seamless, plus the 2 packages I didn't use. I had to come up with another set of hair to replace the Glam Seamless and need to recover some of my money. The product I was given was NOT what was advertised. In all my years of experience, the set I got felt like a synthetic blend, not 200% Remy. I am just very happy I didn't purchase the virgin hair because I was considering it.
On another note, I did love the bond remover. I would say Glam Seamless can advertise that product as the best on the market. I will definitely come back and buy more of that.”
