“My stylist purchased these to apply, told me hers lasted forever and they were worth the money. So I splurged. By the 8 week mark when I had them moved up, they get so tangled when I curl them I can't wear them curly or wavy anymore without looking like I have a bird nest on the back of my head. I used high end salon products, tried hair oil, etc. When my stylist wrote to the company they blamed it on using Olaplex (which I used once). They then said they only recommend using their products and others void their warranty. They encouraged purchasing their set of four products to "revive" the extensions. I spend $50 on that and they feel nice straight but still unable to curl without massive dryness and tangles. Not worth the almost $700 I sank in.”
