“I’m pretty sure I was shipped the wrong color because I received a dark brown color instead of natural black. Even on the website there’s no indication if natural black has brown undertones in it. I didn’t want to return it because I’ve read horrible reviews about the return policy. Other than that, the hair quality is stellar, just wish it would hold a curl better.”
“Just ordered & recieved my natural black in the mail & they are NOT black but more of a dark brown. Extremely disappointed in the color bc it does not match my hair at all. Plus the reviews on returns are not good so I don’t trust their return policy/team. Paid so much money for this to happen UGH. However the hair itself is very soft, shiny & natural looking.”
