“The hair is honestly pretty good - the color matched perfectly which was great however they need a little more maintenance than more expensive extensions do to maintain a soft feel. I find daily oil treatments and a weekly mask make them stay soft but I know that is a lot more maintenance than many would like to put in to achieve these results. I have had them in for a couple weeks now, have gone swimming in the ocean and hotsprings and they are still nice after a little TLC.”
“Hair was not all 22inches! Many pieces were 6,8 or 10 inches only! See pics! You can see how the hair tapers so much mid-way through the set of hair. I emailed the company and the Return process for bad quality hair involves too much paperwork and a two week waiting period! I will never order from here again and tell everyone in my salon not to either unless I get better hair sent to me in exchange!”
