“Sent back, still very upset over last shipment. Paid for next day $45.00 received package 7 days later. When I called they would not refund my money and stated they could not garentee delivery next day.... when questioned why it's an option and why they took my money and will not refund it.... she simply stated I just work here if you had called I would have told you.... asked to talk to a manager they are never available.... beware.... do not pay for expedited shipping... they will take your money and you will not receive any fast then you would for the free shipping..... not a happy customer anymore”

“The adhesive does not stick. This is the 3rd time I purchased and when installed the 1st time, they slip right out the 1st time I wash my hair. I only wash my hair twice a week. I like the hair but the adhesive is horrible. My stylist or myself purchase our own tape to put them back in.”
