It’s nearly impossible to find the return/exchange section on your website and then it says “we’ll get back to you in three days”. I’ve never encountered this. This is why people hate buying online. It feels like I was ambushed. The product is probably great (I don’t know. I didn’t open) but if you need to return or exchange, it’s a huge hassle and there’s no need for it.”
