“They "matted" constantly, even right after washing. They tangle in clumps and matte together very very bad. I had to remove them and I have not been able to wear them since! These were $400 and I was only able to wear them for two months because of this terrible issue. The company refused to look at the quality of these defective extensions. I have bought GlamSeamless for years and have spent thousands on their hair and this is the first batch like this! I have bought Zala ever since.”

“I have purchased & tested many different extension lines and fell in love with Glam Seamless for their quality of hair and tapes. I am on my 4th purchase with this company and have been so disappointed in my last set of extensions.
I purchased 2 packs of the same color and length, however the tape quality was very different from each pack . The hair quality was high quality as usual! The tapes However were very different.
I used the same professional stylist I have used for all of the other hair extensions over the years I have purchased from glam seamless as well as other companies who did not compare to Glam.
My stylist placed one of the packs on the whole bottom section of my hair. The second pack Was placed on the top section of my hair.
The top section did not have slippage. Most of the bottom rows of extensions slipped out within a couple days. I am very cautious with my extensions and brush extremely gently and never usually have issues. Once I washed my hair within a week almost the whole bottom row had slippage.
When I contacted the company, The customer service representative said it was not covered under their warranty. I am so sad, because I have tested so many different extension lines and have fallen in love with GLAM. However purchasing the last time and having the tapes be completely different with each set makes me lose confidence in the consistency of the tapes.
I have never had issues with slippage with glam before so I was surprised to see the difference between each set of extensions that were exactly the same color and length.
I am ready to re-purchase a set of extensions but I am extremely hesitant because of my last experience.
I researched a lot before investing in this company, now I am back to square one continuing to research further. I thought I had found my home with extensions. So disappointed however, I am appreciative of all of my positive experiences prior to this one!
The hair quality with glam has been amazing and has lasted much longer than other extension brands, however my concern with this review is the consistency of the tape. I even had slippage at a public event.”

“I love the invisi tape ins much better , they’re thicker and the hair quality is better . The remy ones i ordered i wore them for my wedding and had to re tape them the next day as they were slipping out . They take way too long to dry and they’re not so thick for someone like me who has thick hair already . But i do love glam seamless and will continue to always order from them i just now know what works best for my hair . Doesn’t meant it’ll be the same results for everyone .”
