“The hair was lovely at first. It’s been less than three weeks of it being installed and it’s breaking and constantly matted. I contacted support and the issue was not rectified.”
“I am so beyond disappointed with my tape-in extensions. As A licensed cosmetologist and someone who has worked with extensions for over 9 years I can honestly say I am very dissatisfied with the hair and feel I have waisted a TON of money. I bought 5 packs of hair spending around $900 and I am so upset with myself for buying so many packs before just trying one first, I just assumed since the brand is so well known and the prices are higher I would receive high quality products but that is not what I received. I have had the tapes in not only my hair but a clients hair for almost 2 weeks and nearly all of the tapes have fallen out. As someone who is extremely knowledgable in extension I can 100 percent say that is not suppose to happen and after a hair wash the tapes should not be falling out.”
