“The hair itself is AMAZING. High quality compared to other "expensive" hair i have bought. My only issue and reason for knocking off a star, is the tape/glue. I had them professionally installed, we did all of the prep work to a T but my extensions still wound up popping within a week-week and a half. Extremely disappointed in that. I did reach out to Glam Seamless team and at first they told me they are not accountable for slipped extensions which I was pretty upset over considering i spent almost $400 on hair. They did make it right and send out new hair and asked for my hair back so their QA could review them.”
