“Product got lost in shipping was never delivered to my building, even though it said it was. Customer service has Tried to help… But unfortunately it takes so long to get an answer and needing these hair extensions for a bride, I paid again, ship them to a different address in hopes that they will arrive! I just hope to get my $250 reimbursed from the first shipping since I have the shipping insurance. It makes me sad because I thought this company would be one that I could use in between my other hair companies, they seem to have a good quality and they are quick…not to mention USA base. Unfortunately that has not been my experience.”
