“I will say the reason I gave one star is due to the quality of hair on the wig. It’s very soft and looks like it comes from someone healthy. Now onto the bad review. I bought the 16in, in what I thought was the darkest brown color and I watched videos about the U-part wig on YouTube to get an idea of what I was getting myself into. The hair is not a full 16 inches, the color is far from a dark brown. It looks like I have a head full of highlights which would be lovely if that’s what I had ordered. The other thing is, the application process isn’t as easy as the video makes it look. The clips on the U-wig are flimsy and do not hold to your natural hair that well, especially if you have some good thickness to your hair. The clips are a JOKE Period!! The other issue I have with this product is how not natural the look of the head is and the feel. I had my natural hair tied up into a little bun and clipped it to the back of my head. I laid the u-wig over my head and clipped in the bottom clip and side clips holding them down to at least see what my head looked like and my face just dropped! I had a mirror showing me the back of my head and there was clearly a bulge where my natural hair was and this is with my effort trying to hold the clips down so I can see what my head shape would look like. It looked very obvious that I was hiding my hair in the wig. The worst part about all of this for me is the price I’m paying for this u-wig. I feel like taking the L with Klarna! It’s horrible! I do not recommend anyone waste their time on this wig. I will continue to tell other potential customers about this rip off! It’s Glam Seamless's job to make sure their products are worth the price! They also charge a fee for your product during the time it’s shipped. Shipping insurance. Do not buy into this scam. It’s their job to make sure their products are properly shipped. This was such a waste of time and energy!”
“I'm a hairstylist and I bought these at a client's request. They're great quality coming out of the box, install was easy peasy and so far, no slipping or fall outs and it's been about a week and a half. I also had to tone them to match and they take colour beautifully but do come out a little more dry than top tier extensions. Overall, I would purchase again !”
