“The extensions are very soft, but the color is lighter than what it appears like in the photos so it didn’t match my brown hair. My box was already opened when I received it with the safety seal broken though, so I couldn’t return the extensions. I will have to try and dye them to make them work now. The plastic band also doesn’t lay flat in some spots.”

“I sent in info to quality control and was told it was not a quality issue. I highly disagree. This wig is too big for anyone’s head. It’s bumpy and hangs. It should be reevaluated for better measurements; and perhaps come in different sizes. It’s way too expensive to sell online and ask your customers to cross their fingers and hope it fits. I could’ve spent that $400 on clipins. Now I have a wig that I can’t use and I’m out $400 bucks! Terrible and disappointing.”
