“I previously bought this at of extensions and Loved them, however this time they came a totally different color. They are solid dark brown with no balayage to them at all. Super disappointed as customer service has been horrible and refused to refund or work with me in any way shape or form. I will no longer refer anyone of my clients or friends to your company. Horrible business practices!!”
