“It’s amazing hair. There’s no denying you lead the industry, but what I picked out doesn’t look like the color I choose. I have the color ring and I’ve ordered hair before l, last time it was what was on the swatch. It’s okay though I just have to get my stylist to put in some baby lights and a smudge/shadow root. The hair is still INCREDIBLE. I can’t wait until my appt. TY.”
“Hair pieces are thin and fly away looks like a bad batch. I have bought much cheaper extensions and they were much better quality. Hair is shedding looks very cheap and poorly made. Not what I was expecting at all.”
