“The color of the clip ins is WAY off from the sample piece that came with it that specifically says do not open until trying the sample piece. The sample piece matched my hair and when i opened the actual extensions and broke the seal they were much lighter and not accurate to the sample i had Previously ordered and the sample that came with it. How does this even happen? Not happy. Because once you break the seal they cannot be returned or exchanged.”
