“These look amazing!!! Until you wash them. Even with no heat and following instructions, both sets of extensions I have received have been frizzy, have a lot of breakage on the ends, and look dry. Customer service has been great with the return of the first set, but I am unhappy with the second set and unfortunately cannot get a refund.”
“I have tried a lot of extensions in the past but these are the best ones I have found. I was so extremely worried about the Auburn being too red or too brown because I didn't want it a weird red nor too dark brown but it is perfect. The seam is minimal compared to past ones I've tried. These are worth the extra cost for the true seamless options. Only regret is that I got 3 packs instead of 4 but I will get some more to add in when I can. I got one pack of the invisible ones for the higher parts since my hair is very thin and then I got 2 packs of the ultimate seamless for the lower ones to reduce the cost slightly. This setup worked well.”
“So I have ordered this specific color twice this year, Both times it didn’t match the pictures, and they didn’t match them selves, they were two completely different shades both from each other. No matter how much I tried to explain this ton customer service, they insist I need color matching services. It wasn’t even the point. Two orders of the same thing didn’t even match. Let alone the listing. I returned they are still dragging their feet on it and insisted I pay a restocking fee.”
