The hair is pretty good quality. Color is nice too. My only complaint is the tapes don’t hold. No matter how much I squeeze them together. Also I should have ordered the ones without the hair over the tape. It only makes them thicker and more noticeable.

I ordered both the invisible-tapes and the regular tape-ins in Champagne (18A/60). They are two different colors (invisi-tapes have more of a honey color as opposed to champagne/platinum of the regulars). I ended up using the regular ones because of this. I’ll save the others for a rainy day and a different highlight look. If the colors are going to vary, you should probably have samples available for all the different types instead of just then standard tape-ins.

Color is perfect… hair is beyond beautiful… the tape is amazing. I’ve use several other hair extensions including Babe and Ultress. This product is beyond superior.

I made an order and because I used my credit card that had my previous address as the billing they flagged the order and told me a day later ,even though I paid for one day shipping. They request I send a photo of my ID and credit card. I told them no problem do you want me to send a utility bill or bank statement to show and verify my new address (shipping address) they said no just the card and I'd. I sent the info and a day later they reply with order is cancelled and card has been refunded .when I asked why she said the information didn't match the order. I replied with what information? Bc it EXACTLY matched the order. And she said oh no because your shipping address is not your billing address. ‍♀‍♀‍♀ Literally I said that FROM THE BEGINNING. That's why I asked if they would like me to send a utility bill to verify my new address. My bank didn't flag the order it went through just fine. I also made sure to disclose the fact that I had an event in which I order d the hair and I laid extra for faster shipping specially for that reason. The lag on the response and then the cancellation without even contacting me to try and remidy whatever weird issue they have with my card ended up making me not have the hair I needed for the event, I had to run into a beauty supply store and get some off brand weird hair and felt uncomfortable the entire event. Glam seamless is very expensive hair when you compare to other brands of the same quality , but typically the customer service is what makes it worth it. Lately the past year or so I have noticed that if submitting and issue it never gets resolved but you get number is emails asking about how great the hair is lol even if you didn't receive it. So the customer service is on the decline for sure. I literally had an issue and was emailing back and forth with your company two weeks prior to this because I received the wrong item. I ordered champagne highlights and got a rooted one instead. That issue was never even resolved. I just ended up eating a $600 order. So basically I would give you guys negative stars if that were possible .
